—Match Day Bag Drop Off

Heading to Stamford Bridge for a Chelsea FC match and need somewhere to leave your bag before the game?

Fulham Broadway’s Match Day Bag Drop service provides a convenient place to store your belongings before the game, helping you enjoy your match day without having to carry a large bag.

The Bag Drop service is only available on Chelsea FC match days and is not available at any other time.

• Location: Car Park Level A, Fulham Broadway
• Cost: £10 per item
• Payment: Card and contactless payments only
• Maximum: Two items per person

• The Bag Drop is available from 3 hours before kick-off until 3 hours after the game.
• Bring your bag to the Bag Drop facility on Car Park Level A.
• Follow the signs for the car park and look out for directional signs to the Bag Drop on match days.
• Payment is taken on arrival by card or contactless payment.
• Your bag will be subject to a security check before it is accepted.
• You can leave up to two items per person, including suitcases, subject to the Bag Drop Terms & Conditions.
• Keep your collection ticket safe. You’ll need this to collect your belongings after the match.
• If you lose your collection ticket, you’ll need to provide proof of ownership and supporting ID. Accepted ID is a passport or driving licence.

Please note that the Bag Drop has a capacity of 500 bags and may stop accepting items once capacity is reached. All bags are subject to security checks and must comply with venue security requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is considered unsafe, oversized, suspicious, or not permitted.

Please make sure you collect your belongings within 3 hours of the end of the game.

By using the Bag Drop Facility, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Use at Your Own Risk
   While reasonable care will be taken to safeguard all deposited items, the organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of property, except where required by law.
2. Permitted Items
   Only bags and personal belongings that comply with the venue’s security policy may be deposited. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any item.
3. Prohibited Items
   The following items must not be deposited:
   • Weapons or dangerous items.
   • Illegal substances.
   • Explosive, flammable, or hazardous materials.
   • Perishable goods.
   • Live animals.
   • Any item prohibited under the venue’s Conditions of Entry.
4. Security Screening
   All bags are subject to inspection before acceptance. Refusal to allow inspection will result in the bag not being accepted.
5. Collection
   A valid collection ticket or receipt must be presented when collecting your bag. The organiser reserves the right to request additional identification if necessary.
6. Unclaimed Property
   Bags not collected by the end of the event may be transferred to the venue’s Lost Property service. Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after the applicable retention period in accordance with the organiser’s lost property policy.
7. Valuable Items
   Please do not leave cash, passports, jewellery, electronic devices, or other valuable items in your bag. The organiser accepts no liability for such items.
8. Right to Refuse Service
   The organiser reserves the right to refuse storage of any bag or item that is considered unsafe, oversized, suspicious, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Limited Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser’s liability for any accepted bag shall be limited to the direct loss suffered and shall not include any indirect or consequential loss.
10. Compliance
    Users must comply with all venue rules, steward instructions, and applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in refusal of the Bag Drop service.
11. Privacy
    Any personal information collected for the operation of the Bag Drop Facility will be processed in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy.

By depositing a bag, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
